MANILA,  November 12, 2020 — Singaporean Banking Customer Experience (CX) Innovator Bank-Genie has recently won multiple awards highlighting the company’s dedication to advancing innovation in the field of banking technology. 

At the 2020 CX Asia Excellence Awards held virtually in September, Bank-Genie took home the Silver Award under the “CX Vendor Excellence” category, recognizing how the company goes above and beyond for its clients. The Philippine-based UnionBank has also recognized Bank-Genie for their contribution in helping them achieve the “Best Digital Bank in the Philippines” award at the Asset Triple A Awards 2020. UnionBank recognized Bank-Genie as offering the “Best Digital Upgrade”, highlighting the fruitfulness of their collaboration. 

Bank-Genie’s latest honors come amidst challenging times affecting the financial industry worldwide gripped with the COVID-19 pandemic. It was during an unprecedented crisis that Bank-Genie doubled down on its commitment to an experience-focused approach and an inclusion driven purpose to develop technology that will help banks better connect with their customers.
